Adele, I won’t lose weight now I’m a pop star
Adele Adkins has stated she has no plans to lose weight after receiving criticism from some quarters for her size after her recent chart success.
People are starting to go on about my weight but I’m not going to change my size because they don’t like the way I look. They can f**k off.
My favourite way to relax is to get a pizza or curry and get lots of beer round my house. I also love Malaysian food. My weakness is alcohol. I used to be a Stella girl, but that’s bad for the gut so I’ve changed to Jack Daniels and Coke. I’ve taken four days off to get over [the Brit Awards next month]! I’m really looking forward to the party and the after-parties.

Adele is so beautiful on the inside and out. I’ve always had the outlook on life that it really doesn’t matter what anyone thinks about my looks. I’m not an anorexic runway model but I’m alright with that. I’m happy that I have character and meat on my bones. thank you so much for acknowledging the fact that it is possible to break the system! keep making amazing music, I’ll keep listening.

Thankyou for standing up for yourself, you are the most beautiful person I’ve ever seen, and you do have an amazing body, so never ever change. Plus ofcourse, I love all your songs! ellie - I may totally disagree with your opinion, but whatever, it’s yours and you’re entitled to it - free speech and all. you may want to check your facts though - the song, “Make You Feel My Love” is by Bob Dylan. Garth Brooks only did a rendition.
